Nutrition Works, Inc. believes in building a relationship with clients based on trust and mutual exchange of information to achieve optimal health. Individualized sessions are designed to reach nutrition goals by listening to needs and concerns, and formatting a plan accordingly. Affordable, personalized sessions are held in the comfort and privacy of your home.At this time Nutrition Works chooses to not get involved with health insurance companies. However, a receipt for nutrition services can be provided upon request to the client for them to submit to their insurance company if coverage for the nutrition service is provided.

1. Telehealth Visit with Traci

• This is a personalized and private Telehealth Visit with Traci.
• A pre payment of the initial hour is required when booking the Telehealth Visist with Traci. Please refer to the Make a Payment page to process that payment.
• After the first hour, there will be a charge for every 15 minutes that goes by.
• Cost per hour = $95.00
• Cost per 15 minutes = $25.00
• Cost per 30 minutes= $45.00
• Cost per 45 minutes= $70.00

2. Individualized nutrition counseling (In person/In Home)

• With parents for infants and children
• With adults for a personalized nutrition plan
• All in person and in home counseling sessions will follow proper sanitation protocol and social distancing guidelines. All equipment will be sanitized prior to entering your home, a minimum of 6 feet distance will be kept, and Traci will sanitize and wear a mask throughout the entire visit.
• Cost per hour: $95.00

• Initial Consultation Package – $175.00
• Phone consultation to make sure we’re a good fit.
• 1.5 – 2 hour Consultation that will include the following:
  • Comprehensive Nutrition and Health Assessment to discuss your health concerns and ambitions. This assessment will also come from the questionnaire that you have taken online prior to our meeting. If you have an initial consult scheduled and have yet to fill one out, please take the questionnaire here.
  • Reviewing the findings of the health and nutritional assessment and discussion of implementing action and treating the underlying symptoms. This is where all the pieces are put together and we initiate of personalized nutritional recommendation plan.
• A phone follow up within 2 weeks of visit.

3. Prepay Packages for Discounted Nutrition Sessions. (Packages only available after initial Consultation Package, listed above, has been completed.)

• 3 Visit Follow up Package – $225.00
  • Prepay for 3 follow up visits and receive a discount of $30.00.
  • The follow up dates will be determined by your personal needs and will be discussed and planned.

• 6 Visit Follow up Package – $425.00
  • Prepay for 5 follow up visits and get one free for a total of 6 follow up visits.
  • The follow up dates will be determined by your personal needs and will be discussed and planned.

4. Private nutrition classes with minimum of 5 people

• Open Q & A session included
• Cost per person = $25.00
